Regular registration: Deadline March 31, extended to APRIL 28
Registration fee: 350 Euro
The registration fee covers: participation to all scientific events, the Abstract Book and the Proceedings volume (including only the Plenary and Invited contributions), the welcome cocktail on Sunday (July 8) evening and the coffee breaks.
Reduced fee of 200 Euro is available for all PhD students upon proof of current Ph D status.
Reduced fee of 200 Euro can also be requested by scientists
coming from developing countries.
Late Registration: from April 29 to May 31
The late registration fee is 425 Euro for all.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (oral): deadline March 31, extended to APRIL 7
Each registered participant can submit one abstract for a contributed talk
or a poster. Selection of oral contributions and acceptance of posters
will be completed by May 1 (tentatively).
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (POSTERS ONLY): deadline APRIL 28
This does not require the Topic Committee and can be accepted by us directly and quickly. These abstracts can still be included in the Abstract book.
