Registration
Registration and payment of the fee are mandatory for the participation to the conference.
Your registration will be confirmed by an e-mail containing username and password which you will use for abstract submission and payment.
After registration, each registered participant
can submit an abstract.
Abstracts will be considered for refereeing only if registration and payment are fulfilled.
Hotel reservation: we have made an agreement with a travel agency, for your convenience, to book your hotel and you can chose to use this possibility.

Fees
Regular Registration
Deadline March 31, extended to APRIL 28
Registration fee: 350 Euro.
The registration fee covers: participation to all scientific events, the Abstract Book and the Proceedings volume (including only the Plenary and Invited contributions), the welcome cocktail on Sunday (July 8) evening and the coffee breaks.
Reduced fee of 200 Euro is available for all PhD students upon proof of current Ph D status.
Reduced fee of 200 Euro can also be requested by scientists coming from developing countries.
We urge scientists requesting a reduced fee to register as soon as possible.
Lunch catering at the Conference site for 5 days is available for additional 100 Euro (optional).
Alternatively the conference site is located near the city center where lunch can be arranged independently.
Late Registration [EXTENDED]
From April 29 to May 31, extended to July 8, the late registration fee is 425 Euro for all.
Conditions for lunch catering are as above.
EXTENSION OF THE LATE REGISTRATION AND ON SITE REGISTRATION
In view of the many requests we had the deadline for the late registration
is extended until the start of the Conference (July 8) with the same
late fee of 425 euro. There will be also the possibility of on site registration
but we would suggest to limit this situation only to those cases in which it is unavoidable.
Policy for Registration and Abstract Submission
Given the large reach of Statphys 23 into the scientific community, it is hard to estimate the number of participants a priori. In order to organize a successful meeting and to offer the participants optimal conditions, we have adopted the policy that the submission of an abstract should correspond to a committment to participate. Therefore only abstracts submitted by registered participants (with the fee paid) may be presented at the conference and will be sent to the referees.
Concerning the selection, the policy of Statphys will be to accept all abstracts which correspond to a professional contribuition in the broad field of Statistical Physics. The refereeing process will consists essentially in choosing between oral contribuition or poster.
In case you need the formal acceptance of your abstract for the payment of the fee for your administration (before March 31) please contact us (registration@statphys23.org) and we will send you quickly a generic statement of acceptance. The decision between oral or poster will follow later (around May 1).
